I brought my daughter's CR-V in for some warranty repairs before her vehicle mileage exceeded the limit. They ended keeping the car while the needed parts were delivered the next day. The next day, the parts never arrived and the car was returned unrepaired. Very inconvenient. Gary, the Service Coordinator, was communicative and apologetic. I definitely appreciated his empathy. I don-t know if I would return given the opportunity.

A great service department, but their sales department is shaky. Went multiple times looking for a CPO since they are the listed COSTCO auto dealership for both new and certified cars. Was told by the head of their finance dept that they don't participate in the COSTCO certified program so they tried to sell us on a new car. The second time the sales person informed us the certified sticker was on the wrong car and the one we were interested in WASN'T a certified car and proceeded to remove the sticker claiming it was a clerical error. We were informed they carry very few certified vehicles since it just marks the price up by $900 for no additional benefit. Don't fall for requesting the ePrice since it just gets your name on their mailing list. Never got one despite requesting it on several vehicles. The sales person who contacted us though would be more than happy to set up appointments for us to come in. Not going back for a third try.

Recently had to turn in my Ford Escape lease due to hitting my mileage early, after a horrible experience at the local ford dealership I took my business to the Honda dealership next door and boy am I glad I did! Karl Batton was my salesman and was amazing! He was personable and listened to what I was looking for and came up with a few options for me. He even helped me with my remaining ford payments and even some damage that was on the car I was turning in. I am a very happy customer and would recommend Karl and the whole Brighton Honda team to anyone! They have turned this life long Ford customer into a Honda believer, I am loving my new CR-V!

Although I’m in the Lansing area i consistently drive to this dealership an hour away because of their service. Today I met with Rob in the service department. He was extremely personable, honest, genuine, and knowledgeable about Honda parts and labor. Even though i was late to my appointment, he remained patient, kind, and still took the time to thoroughly explain the process for fixing the car and answer all of my questions, he also physically pointed out the issues on the car so i could witness it. Quick Note: When a service/sales rep is willing to get their hands dirty to pull out a part with their bare hands for the benefit of the customer, their character certainly deserves to be recognized and should not go unnoticed( i greatly appreciated that). My car needed a few costly repairs and he went out of his way to help me save costs, generate options, problem solve, and educate. Overall, his customer service is by far unmatched! I trusted that my car was in good hands and his outstanding professionalism, as others have also confirmed, has proven to be consistent.
